Product Description

1. Introduction
Zhongyuan Shengqi manufactures explosion proof electric wire rope hoists BCD (single speed) / BMD (double speed). This kind hoist is designed, fabricated and inspected according to GB 3836-2000 specifications with explosion proof signal of d II BT4 and d II CT 4, used in IIA IIB IIC class, temperature class TI-T4 flammable gas, steam and air formed explosive gas mixture zone 1, 2 situations.

BCD / BMD wire rope electric hoist can be suspended on I-beam track for straight or curve traversing, or mounted on fixed frame to lift heavy material. BCD model wire rope explosion proof hoist could be fitted with any explosion proof single girder overhead crane according to different requirements.
Load capacity: 0.5t, 1t, 2t, 3t, 5t, 10t, 16t.
Lifting height: 3m, 6m, 9m, 12m, 18m, 24m, 36m, 100m.

2. Work condition
new type BCD Explosion-Proof Electrical Hoist is the renewed product of BCD, which is light equippment of crane. Its structure is more reassonable and its assembly is more convenient and its property is more superioor. Lifting capacity is 0.5t -16t(Gn)
This product is widely applicable in such occasions as easily combusible,explosive, corrosive acid, alkali,plating and mixture gas.

Trinity-drive system:The electrical appliance adjusts speed without contact or spark module,and fulfill converter function  ,including mini--speed and double speed ,which makes traveling and lifting very steady:it is equipped with such producting devices as alarm device to overloading,obiquely hanging ,secong producting equippment preventing hoook clashing the top ,producting the current lacking of any phrase,etc The operation board (handle) adopts  12Vasfe voltage to fulfill multi-unction of protection to single girder hoist.
