Double(Single) Girder Gantry Crane (MGA)
For outside working yard, the gantry crane is the best choice. The MG doubel girder gantry crane is a heavy duty gantry crane. It is mainly for heavy duty working designing, such as 24 hours logisitc yard, steel factory, fabrication yard, mining, port, railway station etc. The gantry crane can be equipped with hook, grab or magnet, or combination of the 3 devices.
Hoist:
The hoist is made by heavy steel frame, where hoist motor, hydraulic brake and heavy gearbox. The working duty could be designed to M5, M6 or M7.

May also match by many kinds of special-purpose fishing tackles carries on many kinds ofspecial works. The bridge consists from double lying welding structure box.
Electric equipment for the trolley applying soft conductive cable, largecarts supporting sliding contact line, cable reel-type is available. It buildwith a closed air conditioning house with linkage platform control, so it has the advantages of broad vision, flexible control, comfort work, and high efficiency.
Design: "Zhongyuan Shengqi" brand double girder EOT cranes are manufactured and designed with ISO9001 2000, ISO9001 2004 & OHSAS 18001 certificate.
Motor: The 3-phase asynchronous motor can be smooth operation in intermittent, short-term, frequent starting, braking, and load condition in accordance with ISO9001 2000, motor can be set into variable speed as customer requirement. Insulation class F, IP 54 protection for hoisting.
Reducer: Wheel gear of hardened reducer is produced by carburizing and quenching with high strength low carbon steel alloy, high precision, efficiency, stable running, low noise, small volume, high bearing capacity.
Breaks: Independent Hydraulic Breaks.
Safety Announcement
-Users should lock the crane in time, when the crane stops operating on operating spot.
- There is no electric wire above the total switch of the crane. Strictly forbid to use in such dangerous operating as easily combustible, explosive, corrosive, overloading, dust, etc.
- Total length of suspending outside is less than1/3 of the span and 90%of suspending limiting-position (Gn). In addition, the trolley cannot travel until the heavy objects moved inside the support. If the trolley must travel outside the support, its heavy objects (Gn) should reduce 10%-20%. If total length of suspending outside is more than 1/3 of the span, the heavy objects (Gn) should reduce step by step, In a word, the trolley cannot travel until the heavy objects are near the support, and the crab isn't suitable for traveling outside the support. Wind pressure should be less than 150PA.
