QD type double girder bridge crane, its trolley is bigger and stronger than LH type, reducer and brake separately. And this is the most important factor for working 24*7 hours per day. QD type crane mainly consists of two strong bridge beams, crane travelling mechanism, electric winch trolley and electric system, and could be classified into several working duties, e. G. A5, A6, A7, according to the working frequency and pure working time.
QD Double Girder Overhead Crane is applied in open warehouse or rail sideways to conduct common loading unloading and material handling works.

Description:
1) Component Unit
The construction of entire machine is simple, which is divided into four parts: The main beam, the end carriage, the lifting controller on the foundation of the maximum function by minimum component. The entire machine is free from maintenance.
2) Main Beam Unit
Adopting box shaped construction, both wings of under cover is regarded as operating tracks of hoist. Compared with H steel track, the gap between operating tracks is increased, thus promotes the operating stability of hoist, efficiently solves the swing problem when hoist is running on H steel track, furthermore, noise is low and safety level is high. Similarly, decreases the lifting space occupied by crane, and increases work space range.
3) End Carriage Unit
The main structure adopts standardized and autonomous one‐off weld‐forming rectangular pipe, so it owns good mechanic performance and stable quality, Small volume reduces the space measurement of crane as much as possible, thus lowering the total height of crane and save the plant building expense. its operation adopts frequency conversion driver, so the operation is smooth and stable. free from impact.
4) Lifting Unit
The operations of frequency conversion driver enable the startup, operation and stop is stable and no impact. Lifting double‐speed driver(the frequency conversion frequency driver is optional) enables realizing the perfect choice for material transportation, unloading or assembly. Screw pitch adjustment is adopted in installation of hoist and main beam, thus ensure more convenient and exact size match between hoist and main beam track. The maximum space between hanging tool of hoist and main beam is small, thus greatly increase static hoisting height and save the stack space of material
5) Control Unit
Main electric element adopts international well‐known bands like Schneider and Simons etc, so it is high quality with good performance, it's security is guaranteed. Control mode consists of ground operation, air operation, remote control or the combination of above mode.
6) Traveling Wheel
Its material selects to use high strength nodular cast iron, thus has good wearability and shock absorption capacity. Modularized design, compact structure, high degree of standardization, easy to assembly parts. DIN standard internal spline connection, automatic positioning, easy to install and dismantle.
7) Traveling Driver
Operation of large crane adopts triad frequency conversion driver, thus its operation is smooth and stable. All aluminum housing is small in volume, light in weight, and with good heat radiation performance. Modularized design, direct driver installation, compact structure and high accuracy. Unique electromagnetic design thus efficiently reduce electric current and extends service life. Standard thermo sensitive switch, thus effectively uplifts safety grade. Power input adopts heavy‐load connector, thus the unloading is convenience and fast, safe and easy to operate.
8) Security Monitor (Optional)
This equipment can effectively record the operation parameters of equipment so as to provide detailed foundation for maintenance and repair of equipment.
9) Electronic Control System
Large Crane electric control housing adopts standardized design, thus easy to replace and install. Major electric element adopts international well‐known brands such as Schneider and Simons etc. Multiple protections at IP64 protection level, stable performance and no noise, the cover of which can be opened in 120 degree to be repaired conveniently. Large crane limit standard equipment adopts Italian GG original importing brand, to ensure effectively safe operation and stop of crane. Power supply of crane, big or small, adopts parallel installation of C type steel double track, enable little resistant and stable operation.
10) Lifting Driver Unit
High strength aluminum alloy integration housing is light in weight, small in size, good in heat conduction and with maintenance‐free design. It has class H insulation at IP65 protection level(For special configuration, explanation shall be required.).
11) Brake
Its agility in operation, reliable in performance, little in abrasion, long in service life, with one million times switching for the first warranty and two sided non‐asbestos brake pad(critical abrasion indication function is optional).
12) Hoisting Height Limiter
Double limits, free adjustment, multi‐point control, broad regulation range, high limits accuracy, therefore it has the same service life as crane.
13) Rope Guide
It is made of high strength, wear‐resistant, self‐lubrication engineer used nylon, so its weight is light, and volume is small and it effectively extend the service life of roll and steel wire rope.
14) Connector
Aircraft‐grade connector, the contact is extremely stable, no false connection, above IP65 protection level.
