Product Description
The LD type of under running overhead crane (also called bridge crane )is the most popular designing since the very beginning. Our annual turnout is 20,000 units for the whole market. The main girder adopts 6mm and 8mm thickness steel plate. Chinese workshop has a 1700mm clearrance above the rail, which is excellenct for the maintenance of the crane. In some Middle East countries, the clearance is less than this, and please indicate this data when you placing the order.

Steel Plate Cutting and Treatment
The board was cut by auto-cutting machine.
Main Beam
We reserve the concept of "safety factor", and remain the traditional main beam fabrication methord. Each of the beam is made by 6mm thickness of side board, and 8mm top and bellow board.
Bearing System
The reducer is hardtooth designing. Bearing is HA/WA/LUO 3 brands. Casting box type. The gear box is made by our factory in order to give a reliable quality. The market has many suppliers, and some of them can get 50% price than ours. However, we do not reduce the quality in order to reduce the cost.

Soft start driving system(380v only) makes the long travel smoothly, reduces noise. Modular system designing gives the crane more free working space. Unique conbinations with steel profiles sections for maximum distance between suspensions.
Double C-track Festoon System
4mm thickness national standard trackpull and push wheel with sealed bearing
Flat cable for strong life.
Electrical box has indication of working.
This double C-track festoon system makes the driver can be seperate from the hoist , so that give a maximum safety protection.
Technical Characteristics:
the limiting size is the lowest between the top and the track of trolley, that is to say, it reduces 20% -30% room space compared with traditional products, which can reduces the capital of workshop 20% efficiently.
it has hard- tooth reducer, imported wire- rope ,and trinity drive system. It is equipped with such protecting devices as alarm device to overloading.
Obliquely hanging, second protecting equipment preventing hook clashing the top, protecting the current lacking of any phrase etc. The electric appliance adjusts speed without contact or spark module ,and fulfill the converter function, including mini-speed and double speed, which makes traveling and lifting very steady.
The operating board (handle) adopts 12V safe voltage to fulfill multi-function to gantry hoist. The electric controlling can be used more than 2 million times when the voltage is 380v +5~10%.
Shengqi Crane
1. The quality of the main girder decides use age and use cost of the crane. "shengqi" consummately adopt European most advanced design and manufacture craft of the main girder. Mail girder wear well , not only let user ease use, but also low maintenance cost.
2. The up camber curve of main girder adopt optimize 4 times curve, ensure traveling have no upgrade resistance when full loading. Overcome the disfigurement of traveling motor overload traveling and trolley slide traveling.
3. End carriage is box girder, and the connection between end carriage and main girder adopt high strength bolt, in order to transport conveniently.
4. Optimize structure design, bearing layout reasonable , bear horizontal force, improve use age of the bearing.
5. The connections of every mechanical part are gears, in order to achieve simple installation and convenient maintenance. The drive wheel group and driven wheel group are all supported on crescent bearing box , convenient for disassembly and adjust.
