CD1 Single Speed Hoist
CD1 Wire Rope Hoist (also called monorail hoist) uses 1 hoisting conic motor as the lifting power, after 1st and 2nd reducer system, turn 1380 RPM to a 8m/min lifting speed.

Designing Concept
We foucs on "Maximum Safety" on the designing, and specially choose parts from the market. We DONOT pursuit light weight, econical Janpan "extreme limitation" designing in order for optimaztion designing.
The drum adopts seamless pipe, not foundry pipe. The foundtry drum is easy to be deformed becasue of the grinding between drum and rope guide. The user has to deassemble the hoist and make repalcement which increases the cost. Our sealess drum make the rope guide replacing easily.
The reducer gears and shaft are all made by our factory workshop with material of 20CrMnTi or 40Cr with heat treatment. The roughpart of gears are forged by our own mould. We DONOT make gears by the way of "unchange firber orientationuse" of Carbon steel or bar roughpart.
Except electrics, bearing and standard parts, all other parts are made by ourself. Our "self processing capability" guarantee the quality of the product.
Product Description
Wheel: Follows "JB/T6392.2" rules, forged by adopting 45# carbon steel. Surface hardness is 300-380HB, and the hardness bellow 15mm is 260HB.
Reducer: The accurancy of the gears is not less than degree 8-8-7 of GB10095 rules. The travelling speed can be 20m/min, 30m/min, 45m/min and 75m/min.
Dring motor: Conic motor of ZDY seriers is adopted. With the best supplier of "Nanjin Motor", this motor can meet "busy starts, busy brake, busy reverse" operation. On the back o fthe motor, there is a adjustable bolt, which can adjust the brake torque.
Safety Factor
Each hoist is load tested by 1.25 times of static and 1.1 times of dynamic loading test before delivering
The wire rope we adopted is 3 time safety factor at least
Pedal limist switch & counter-weight limit switch give protection for lifting
Pedal limit switch gives lowering protection
Overload device prevent demage loading
