BZD jib Crane consists of a pivoting head and boom assembly which carries a hoist and trolley unit. The pivoting head is supported either by a floor-mounted mast providing 360 degree boom rotation or by an existing building column which provides 180 degrees of boom rotation.

2. Technical characteristics
Lifting capacity 0, 25t-5t, lifting speed with standard wire rope hoist 8m (0, 8m) / min, arm length max. 16m, lifting height up to 12 m, 360 or 180 rotation, motorized or manual rotation, simpler and less expensive than bridge or gantry crane of the same capacity, simple structure, work class- frequent. Often used in welding/fabrication stations, for simple loading / unloading operations where it is not necessary to spot a load precisely. BZD Jib can be staffed with chain hoist, upon client requirement.
3. Structure
BZD type pillar jib crane is classified into five parts: Column, arm, reducer, electric hoist and control system. Mechanical limit switch is designed for 350 degrees rotation. If needed, we can add electric slip ring to achieve free-angle rotation.

5. The BZD type pillar jib crane is a set of middle or small type equipment for lifting, which forms a complete set with electric hoist or manual hoist.
