MGA Precast Beam/Girder Handling Gantry Crane
Designing Concept:
MGA double beam gantry crane for precast beam handling is a crane system by using 2 units of same capacity gantry crane. The capacity normally is 80t, 100t, 160t, 200t and 250t. The 2 units of gantry crane will lift the precast beam synchronized.
Working Site:
It is special used for temperory site, such as road costruction site, bridge construction site. The average production time is 1-3 years.

Structure: All structure adopts truss frame, and legs are collumn.
Hoist: A winch system combined by pulley system.

1. Main Girder
Be welded of steel plates with honeycomb hole, connected by high-strength precision bolt.
There are sliding rail for trolley to travel upper the girder which is fixed on outrigger by high-tension precision bolt.
2. Outrigger
A. Consist of rigid outrigger and flexible outrigger, all connection points are connected by high-tension bolt
B. The ladder is used by operator to enter into cab or arriving at winch
C. When the span>30m, there need a flexible leg aiming at reducing the lateral thrust the trolley has to the rail when the girder load objects
3. Travelling mechanism
A. The driving gear box supplys power to realize the crane's travelling.
