Introduction
CD1 Type 16t Wire Rope Electric Hoist
Hoists CD1/MD1 is heavy-duty electrically powered devices that are specifically designed for lifting very heavy objects, typically above a half ton. They will be found in any place where there is the requirement of lifting heavy objects from one place to the other.
CD1, MD1 Type Electric Wire Rope Hoist can be suspended on I-beam track for straight or curve traversing, or mounted on fixed frame to lift heavy material. With slight modification, it also can be use as a winch.
Lifting capacity: 0.5t, 1t, 2t, 3t, 5t, 10t, 16t, 20t, 32t.
Lifting height: 3m, 6m, 9m, 12m, 18m, 24m, 36m, 100m.
Work condition:
3 phase current, voltage of 380V( optional 440V, 460V, 600V), frequency of 50/ 60Hz; The work temperature in range of -30oC to +40oC.

1.Reducer: adopt third-class dead axel helical gear transmission structure gear and geaaxel are made of heat treated alloy steel.
2.Button Switch: easy to operate, safey for operator, both remote control and pendant control are available.
3.Motor: three-phase asynchronous induction motor, durable and powerful. Insulation grade is F.
4.Protection grade: IP54, work grade: M3
5.Over load limit is available. Hook is widen and thicken
6. Power-Off protection, Emergency stop system.
