Single Girder Overhead Crane Crane (LD) 1T~30T
The LD type of under running overhead crane (also called bridge crane )is the most popular designing since the very beginning. Our annual turnout is 20,000 units for the whole market. The main girder adopts 6mm and 8mm thickness steel plate. Chinese workshop has a 1700mm clearrance above the rail, which is excellenct for the maintenance of the crane. In some Middle East countries, the clearance is less than this, and please indicate this data when you placing the order.
Light Duty Double Girder Overhead Crane (LH) 5T~50T
LH Double Girder Overhead Crane is a light duty overhead crane. It is excellent for workshop and assembly workshop for light duty job.
Light duty normally refers to A3 (FEM 1) working situation. It is often used for warehouse, general workshop.
Heavy Duty Double Overhead Crane Crane (LD)
The QD double girder overhead crane is a traditional heavy duty crane which more than 5000 units has been produced each year for the market. Compare to the light duty LH overhead crane, it is consist of winches system, heavy girder, heavy end carriages.
The work duty is available by A5, A6, A7 and A8.
This crane is designed for workshop, steel factory, shipyard, power house, and all heavy duty working situation.
QD crane is normally controlled by cabinet for a good bird view of the working site.

CXTS Single Overhead Crane is designed and fabricated accoring to FEM standard. Modular designing is easy for assembly and maintenance.

FEM Single Girder Europe Style Overhead Crane Crane (CXTS)
FEM Double Girder Overhead Cranes have light weight, compact structure and low energy consumption. A trolley and lifting mechanism are set on the bridge frame. The trolley can run back and forth, and the trolley can move to realize the transportation of materials in three-dimensional space.

Main Beam
We reserve the concept of "safety factor", and remain the traditional main beam fabrication methord. Each of the beam is made by 6mm thickness of side board, and 8mm top and bellow board.
Bearing System
The reducer is hardtooth designing. Bearing is HA/WA/LUO 3 brands. Casting box type. The gear box is made by our factory in order to give a reliable quality. The market has many suppliers, and some of them can get 50% price than ours. However, we do not reduce the quality in order to reduce the cost.
