MG(A) type double girder truss structure crane with hook is applied outside warehouse or railway sideways to do common lifting and unloading works,
This kind of crane is composed of bridge, support legs, crane traveling organ, trolley, electric equipment, strong lifting winch, the frame adopts truss-type welding mechanism, this result to small windward side. (The wind-pressure is less than 125PA). Crane traveling mechanisms are operated in the driver cabin or remote control.
For outside working yard, the gantry crane is the best choice. The MG doubel girder gantry crane is a heavy dutry gantry crane. It is mainly for heavy duty working designing, such as 24 hours logisitc yard, steel factory, fabrication yard, mining, port, railway station etc. The gantry crane can be equipped with hook, grab or magnet, or combination of the 3 devices.
Hoist:
The hoist is made by heavy steel frame, where hoist motor, hydraulic brake and heavy gearbox. The working duty could be designed to M5, M6 or M7.

1. Main Girder
Be welded of steel plates with honeycomb hole, connected by high-strength precision bolt.
There are sliding rail for trolley to travel upper the girder which is fixed on outrigger by high-tension precision bolt.
2. Outrigger
A. Consist of rigid outrigger and flexible outrigger, all connection points are connected by high-tension bolt
B. The ladder is used by operator to enter into cab or arriving at winch
C. When the span>30m, there need a flexible leg aiming at reducing the lateral thrust the trolley has to the rail when the girder load objects
3. Travelling mechanism
A. The driving gear box supplys power to realize the crane's travelling.
