Design Concept

Technical Feature
Critical distance between crab and upper platform of box section beam is optimize designed with 70%~80% measurement which compared to traditional product, therefore, workshop capital is saved.
High torque motor transmit power through hardened-tooth gear box connect by high speed shaft, optional with D.C brake or Hydraulic brake system. The integrate drive units outfit with winch and end carriage provide optimum performance, high precision, low noise while operation. Available modular speed regulation fulfill slow speed, double speed, frequency speed requirements, provide for each motion, comprehensively meets individual requirements.
Outfit with overloading alarm device, hook clashing protector, intelligent automatic limit switch, various safety protection measurement offer a more reliable operate experience.

Technical Features
1. The quality of the main girder decides use age and use cost of the crane. We consummately adopt European most advanced design and manufacture craft of the main girder. Mail girder wear well , not only let user ease use, but also low maintenance cost.
2. The up camber curve of main girder adopt optimize 4 times curve, ensure traveling have no upgrade resistance when full loading. Overcome the disfigurement of traveling motor overload traveling and trolley slide traveling.
3. End carriage is box girder, and the connection between end carriage and main girder adopt high strength bolt, in order to transport conveniently.
4. Optimize structure design, bearing layout reasonable , bear horizontal force, improve use age of the bearing.
5. The connections of every mechanical part are gears, in order to achieve simple installation and convenient maintenance. The drive wheel group and driven wheel group are all supported on crescent bearing box , convenient for disassembly and adjust.
